FULL-SERVICE RENOVATION
Sometimes, a reimagining of your current home is all it takes to create the space of your dreams. We’ll collaborate with the architect and contractor to design your perfect space and oversee the demolition, construction, and installation from start to finish.
MICRO-RENOVATION
Even minor cosmetic changes can go a long way toward updating your space, and we can help you navigate interior and exterior paint schemes, kitchen upgrades such as new counters, tile, plumbing fixtures, and lighting, or even overhaul your furnishings and decor.
FURNISHINGS & DECOR
Perfect for clients looking to transform their home without altering the existing structure, our furnishings-only projects typically involve more than one space and include lighting, window treatments, and wallcoverings, as well as space planning and styling.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
An ideal resource for anyone looking for advice from a design professional, we offer and 90-minute in-home consultation in the Bay Area or a virtual session to discuss furniture layout, paint or finish selections, overall creative direction, and more.

OUR PROCESS
Through years of commercial design experience, Heather honed her ability to work collaboratively with architects, builders, subcontractors, and clients. She developed a special insight into space planning, an appreciation for sight lines, and an understanding of the value of architectural elements.

DiscoveryOur collaborative process begins with a design inquiry, a brief discovery call, and then an in-person design consultation where we seek to know more about you and your project. If we mutually decide to move forward, you will receive a Design Services Agreement that outlines the projected scope of work and our fees, for your approval. Then, we’ll begin our Programming and Schematic Design phase where we discover your priorities, seek to better understand your lifestyle, and hear how you wish your home to look and feel. If there is a team, we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting to share information and review the initial concepts.

Design DevelopmentDuring this phase, we work collaboratively with the architect, builder and you on the design of the new space including space planning, interior elevations, lighting plans, furniture plans, tile layout, and more. We will guide you through the process of selecting finish materials and fixtures and create a schedule to assist us during the ordering and construction phases. Once those selections have been made, we will move on to the less permanent pieces, such as lighting, furnishings, and art.

Construction and ProcurementThroughout the construction phase, our team will make regular site visits to monitor the progress and address issues in the field. We’ll also begin placing orders on all of your approved selections and any finish materials that you may be purchasing through us, such as countertop slabs or tile.

Completion and InstallationOnce the construction is completed, we coordinate with our receiver to install the new furnishings in your home. This is a very exciting time, and we share in the thrill of seeing your new space come to life.
